Who we are?

UAB MASSIVE WOOD CONSTRUCTION is a Norwegian capital company that manufactures and builds wooden prefabricated timber-frame panel holiday houses. The sole shareholder Norwegian company Massive Wood Construction AS carries out sales and the subsidiary – Lithuanian company Massive Wood Construction UAB carries out design, production, construction, project management and other construction related activities.

MASSIVE WOOD CONSTRUCTION (MWC) started its‘ operations in 2005. Since the beginning the company has manufactured, built and fully furnished more than 200 houses with an area ranging from 90 to 250 sq. meters. Now company is producing about 40 houses per year and has up to 100 employees.

MWC is a certified wooden house design and construction company in Norway that undertake all project development work ranging from architecture design and construction permission to interior decoration, furniture fitting and warranty maintenance. The customer has to take care only of the preparation of construction site and all other things will be carried out by Massive Wood Construction.

Strenghts

The company pays a great attention to product quality. MWC houses are designed, manufactured and built strictly in accordance with Norwegian construction standards and requirements. Company employs highly qualified specialists with many years of experience in the Norwegian holiday homes market.

Production

Wooden panels are manufactured in a specialized production bar in Siauliai city. Panels come with the full outdoor decoration and installed windows and outdoor doors. Manufactured panels, along with the supplying/assembling materials, are transported to Norway using tow trucks, where on the pre-made MWC foundation these panels are being installed and the interior decoration is performed. The production of an average 140 m2 house lasts 1-2 weeks, and the construction with full finishing, furniture and equipment installation lasts 6-7 weeks. The extremely short construction and finishing process is highly appreciated by MWC's customers. Production and construction works are carried out all year round.
