Who we are?

JSC Kegesa – prefabricated wooden modular multi-storied building manufacturer. Company specializes in high-quality building construction using an efficient and future-oriented building technology that meet all construction requirements and standards in Scandinavian markets. The main product of JSC Kegesa is modular houses based on wooden prefabricated constructions.

Production

Prefabricated module houses are projected specially for buildings from modules. It can be used best for building big series of same houses (especially block houses). The modules of size up to 4,5x12 m are produced in the factory with engineering and completed inside finishing. Modules are transported by sea ferries using special platforms. This system is best for destination not far from the harbour because of relatively high cost of overland transportation of over-dimensioned modules. Manufacture 4-6 weeks, assembling in the building site 1-4 weeks.

Kegesa provides long-term guarantees and carries out maintenance of all company’s products and building structures during the warranty period. The company has established a comprehensive quality control and self-control system that is consistently implemented at all stages of the project.
