Who we are?

UAB „Nemira“ was founded in 2017 at the beginning of the year with a vision to create and produce advanced, energy-efficient, convenient and fast-assembled modular homes. The company has design, production and installation units.

Our houses can be used for permanent living as a holiday residence or for commercial purposes.

We strive to give our customers the opportunity to create housing exactly according to their wishes. Large professional team implements the most complicated architectural solutions.

Production

Modular houses are assembled in the production hall. We can produce: 15 m2, 25 m2, 35 m2, 50 m2 houses. After 6 -8 weeks of preparation, the houses are transported to Scandinavian countries. The customer gets the house ready for use. All production takes place in a controlled environment, which leads to high production capacity and high production safety. Modern equipment, qualified staff, certified materials guarantee quality and fast production.
