Who we are?

SVM Baltic – reliable partner for projecting and executing modern and high-quality building projects.

Our activity is oriented to designing, manufacturing, construction and project management of prefabricated timber frame, modular, CLT (cross laminated timber) structure houses.

Long term experience (in Lithuania and other European countries) of our manager and other team members  allow us to execute projects with high quality and high efficiency.

Our houses made clients happy in Lithuania and all Europe. Most of our houses are built in export markets: Scandinavia, Switzerland, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Iceland and other countries.

Our team is able to develop and execute non-standard architectural and technically difficult solutions and essentially assure quality standards and technical requirements. Production

Our strength is that we manage all processes from wooden houses designing to building assembly, so we can control and assure quality. All process is certificated by ISO 9001 quality management system, that help to ensure that all decisions and works are well coordinated and well done. Our company has high quality and terms requirements not only for ourselves, but also for our partners and suppliers. We use modern technologies and materials, that allow us to design and produce not only individual but also commercial and multi storey wooden houses. Design is one of the most important stage in whole house construction process. Therefore we use latest design programs, and our team members have gained experience in one of the biggest prefabricated house design and manufacturing company in the Europe.
